How do I check the multiprobe Main MPL Motherboard software version number?

If the multiprobe is connected to a PC and communicating:

  1. Select HL from the multiprobe Main Menu and press Enter.
  2. Select Main and press Enter.

    The screen will display information regarding the configuration and capabilities of the multiprobe.

  3. Check the listing for Software revision.

    The number displayed (ex: 2.04) reflects the existing Main MPL Motherboard software revision.

  4. Press any key to return to the Main menu.

How can I know what the existing Main MPL Motherboard software revision is for my Hydrolab multiprobe?

If the multiprobe is connected to a Surveyor 4 or Surveyor 4a Display/Logger and the display is on:

  1. Press the Hydrolab key.

    On the Surveyor 4a, the Hydrolabkey is located below the power key and backlight key at the bottom of the Surveyor 4a front panel.

    On the Surveyor 4, the Hydrolab key is located in the Hydrolab logo displayed at the bottom of the Surveyor 4 front panel.


    The screen will display information regarding the Surveyor 4/4a and the attached multiprobe.

  2. Refer to SW Rev displayed below the multiprobe serial number. The number displayed (ex: 2.04) reflects the existing Main MPL Motherboard software revision.

  3. Press the Hydrolab key again to return to the Main screen.
How can I know what the existing sensor driver software revision is for a particular parameter on my Hydrolab multiprobe?

If the multiprobe is connected to a PC and communicating:

  1. Select HL from the multiprobe Main Menu and press Enter.
  2. Select Sensors.

    You will be presented two options: General and User-Service. Select General.

    The revision level of each driver is displayed with the associated parameter.

  3. Press any key to return to the Main menu.
